Italian Grand Buttercream Icing:
“Not all buttercreams are ‘created’ equal.” Each and every batch is made from scratch with fresh eggs, secret recipe hot syrup, unsalted fresh butter, flavors and extracts. No fillers, no powdered sugar and NO shortening.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
Made from sugar, cream cheese, milk and butter.
Ganache:
Noted as the groom’s favorite, this icing is semi-sweet “Ghirardelli” chocolate and cream poured over
or spread warm over the cake.
Fondant:
The smooth outer layer of icing that is rolled thin and layered over buttercream icing.

Our fillings start with Italian Grand Buttercream Icing and are mixed with the following
